Carl Daikeler and BUR

For those of you who don't know, Carl Daikeler is the CEO of Beachbody. He is the gentleman who begun the End the Trend movement and he is the gentleman responsible for helping many, many people reclaim their health and finances.

To celebrate BUR's recent victory as being one of the very few cleanses that have been clinically tried and approved, Carl is running a BUR challenge group. If you ever had wanted to reset your body, then this is the time for you! Act now! The challenge group begins April 17th so don't delay!

As spring rolls around, we often take some time to Spring clean our homes. Why don't we treat our bodies with the same respect? This is an amazing opportunity to not only spring clean our homes, but spring clean our bodies. Reset our lives and bodies into how they were meant to work.

And not only that but there is the security of the clinical trials to give you peace of mind and not simply false claims. Don't wait any longer and make this the Spring you honored your body for all it has done for you!

My Slim in 6 journey!!

So after any attempts at various workout programs, at which I have ultimately failed, I think I have found one that will suit.

What I have found is that I was needing a more gradual program and not just jump into some insanely intense workout. I tried that route and found that I hated working out, dreaded it, and ultimately just quit.

However, I found one that starts out gradually, and then increases over a period of 6 weeks. I have also found that it provides easy meals to prepare and eat that don't make me feel like I am being deprived.

And so it all began today. Day 1! I did my weigh in and ate according to the meal guide and have done workout one of two. If followed regularly, one can lose anywhere from 20-30 lbs in the six weeks, which would put me at or just about at my goal weight and goal size with inches also dropping off. If you are in doubt, watch here as I will be updating regularly.

I currently weigh 157 lbs and I did take my before picture but am going to be saving that til the end. I will also be taking a pic at days 15, 30 and 45 so you can get a pictoral sense of exactly how this program works.

To give you a sense of my meals. I will be eating 6 smaller meals which allows for continued energy from food and also keeps your metabolism working and active and thereby burning calories.

So today: breakfast was shakeology with 1/2 banana, mid morning snack was an apple, lunch was grilled turkey with a salad, afternoon snack was cottage cheese and 1/2 banana. Dinner will be another helping of grilled turkey (although chicken and fish work in here as well), with another salad with different ingredients, then a nice cup of herbal teal to top off my day!

I look forward to having you along for the ride!

Sweet Sweets!

Ever had a craving for something sweet, but don't want the added inches?

Can't seem to fight off those cravings?

Have you ever just threw in the towel and let yourself eat all the sugar in sight?

Are you so depleted in energy that the only pick me up in sight that you want is sugar?

I felt like that tool And I felt so deprived. I desperately wanted to eat chocolate but I knew I didn't want the added inches. And then, I felt like losing weight was a punishment,

That was, until I found shakeology!!! Not only, does it satisfy my craving for sweets, the energy I feel is amazing and the best thing of all? It is completely healthy for me! All for the cost of breakfast a day!!!!
