April Beachbody News part 2

So a few days ago, I told you about how Insanity was going on sale. That was part one of the announcements that Beachbody did for April. Now for Part 2.

For those of you that are so far unaware, Beachbody has a 21 day cleanse, called Beachbody Ultimate Reset. And for those of you that are not sure what a cleanse is, essentially, over time, our bodies store things like excess fat etc often on the walls of different organs. Intenstines are a a good example. Sludge and fat from the various things that you have consumed in life can get stuck on the interior intestinal walls and this builds over time. A cleanse helps our bodies get rid of that extra sludge.

Shakeology Shakedown

So it's been awhile since I've blogged. I have had a series of life events that has required all of my attention and that has caused me to neglect this. But that being said, I have a few things going on that I wanted to share.
